Here's a list of our most common questions
For guests staying for a week or more, we do a full clean every five days. Each guest has a service daily, which includes new towels and rubbish bins emptied.
Each room has a small soap bar provided, but all other personal care products are to be supplied by the guest. Forgot something? Don’t worry! We have a shop on site with toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo and other toiletries that are available for purchase.
Our communal laundry facility is complete with washing machines, dryers, complimentary washing powder and outdoor clothes lines.
Absolutely! Simply let the chef who’s on shift know about any dietary requirements.
You bet! As a guest, you’ll have access to our communal 24-hour crib room that has a tea & coffee station, vending machine and microwave.
Ulan Pub is located 500m up the road. They offer the option of eating/drinking in as well as takeaway. (Ask for the brekky burger!)
We do not allow smoking in rooms. However, we have ashtrays on each block as well as in the communal BBQ area.
Only a short 24km drive away, Gulgong has an IGA, pubs, barbershop, bottle shop and more! Alternatively, you can drive 43km to Mudgee.
Our gym is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Complimentary towels are provided.
We have three options for those working night shifts.
Option A: Standard Rate Check In PM before Night Shift (Standard Rate)
- Check in after 2:00pm
- Dinner from 5:00pm
- Work
- Breakfast & Crib from 4:30am
- Checkout before 10:00am
Option B: Standard Rate Check In AM after Night Shift (Standard Rate)
- Check in after 4:00am
- Breakfast & Crib from 4:30am
- Sleep
- Dinner from 5:00pm
- Checkout before 8:00pm
Option C: Half Day Rate (Standard -$75, Executive – $90)
- Check in and check out within the same day
